PLANNING
Planning for the future is one of the kindest thing you can do for your family, Don't wait! Stephanie Smolensky can guide you through the process of making a Will, an Enduring Power of Attorney, and a Personal Directive.
Smolensky Law charges $450 for a basic Will, and offers package deals for couples or those purchasing all three estate planning documents. Please Contact Us to learn more about our pricing and what estate planning documents are right for you.
If you are an executor of a Will you may need to speak to a lawyer. Smolensky Law can assist you with getting a Grant of Probate or Grant of Administration.
NOTARY SERVICES
Now you can do some good while getting your documents notarized. $5 of all proceeds from Smolensky Law's notary or commissioner of oath services are donated to a monthly charity.
Standard notary services are $40 per document. Please Contact Us to confirm the cost.

Meet Stephanie Smolensky
Originally from Vancouver, Stephanie worked for the City of Calgary before attending law school at Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law. She graduated in 2017 and came back to Alberta to start her career. She founded Smolensky Law in 2021 in order to achieve a healthier work life balance.
When not practicing law, Stephanie can usually be found training her dogs or puttering around the garden. She is an active member of her Temple and volunteers for a local animal rescue.
