This is a quick fee schedule for our most common transactions.

These fees are subject to change and are dependent on the details of each transaction. Please contact Smolensky Law to confirm pricing. These are estimates only.

REAL ESTATE

Purchase with Mortgage under 1 mil:  $1375.00 + GST + Alberta Land Title Registration Fees

Purchase with Mortgage over 1 mil:  $1500.00 + GST + Alberta Land Title Registration Fees

Purchase with no Mortgage: $1225 + GST + Alberta Land Title Registration Fees

Sale with Mortgage Payout: $1250.00 + GST

Sale with no Mortgage Payout: $1100.00 + GST

Transfer of Land $350.00 + GST + Disbursements

Refinance $850.00 + GST + Disbursements

 

Additional Mortgage on Purchase: $500.00 + GST + Disbursements

Private Lender on Purchase: Additional $400.00 to Fees

More than 2 Local Payouts/ 1 Ontario Payout on Sale: Additional $50.00 to Fees​

Dower Release: $150.00 + GST + Disbursements

Basic Caveat: $200.00 + GST + Disbursements

ESTATE PLANNING

 

Will: $550.00 + GST

Mirrored Wills (couple): $900.00 + GST

 

Enduring Power of Attorney: $300.00 + GST

Mirrored Enduring Power of Attorney (couple): $450.00 + GST

Personal Directive: $300.00 + GST

Mirrored Personal Directive (couple): $450.00 + GST

​

Full Will Package: $900.00 + GST

Full Will Package (mirrored): $1100.00 + GST

 

NOTARY SERVICES

Single Notary Document (notarized copies, ID verification, commissioning signatures, etc): $40.00 + GST

Additional documents of similar nature: $10.00 + GST

BC Real Estate Documents: $200.00 + GST + Disbursements

Personal Guarantees: $150.00 + GST + Disbursements
